Colo 2.0 Order Entry Access Layer switch maintenance in March and May 2025
On the dates listed below, Deutsche Börse will upgrade the firmware on all Colo 2.0 Order Entry Access Layer switches.
- 29.03.2025 – Colo 2.0 Order Entry Access Layer switches Xetra (A-side)
- 10.05.2025 – Colo 2.0 Order Entry Access Layer switches Xetra (B-side)
Participants with 10 Gbit/s Colo 2.0 Order Entry connections can expect to see status changes on the respective ports. After the firmware upgrade, Deutsche Börse recommends participants to verify the status of their affected 10 Gbit/s Colo 2.0 Order Entry connections.
Deutsche Börse will offer a support window between 12:00 and 14:00 CE(S)T. In the event of any unforeseen issues, participants will be able to contact their Technical Key Account Manager via their VIP number or cts@deutsche-boerse.com during the support window.
