New on Xetra: three fixed-income ETFs from Amundi offer access to the bond market for government and corporate bonds
Since Thursday, three new exchange-traded funds issued by Amundi Asset Management have been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The Amundi Global Treasury Bond UCITS ETF USD Hedged Acc invests in fixed-income government bonds of developed and emerging markets that are denominated in the local currency, with an investment grade rating and a remaining maturity of at least one year.
The Amundi Global Corporate Bond UCITS ETF USD Hedged Acc invests in investment-grade corporate bonds issued by companies from developed and emerging markets in the respective local currency with a remaining maturity of at least one year.
The benchmark indices of both ETFs are derived from the underlying index, the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index. Both ETFs use derivatives to minimise exchange rate fluctuations against the U.S. dollar.
The Amundi Euro Government Low Duration Tilted Green Bond UCITS ETF tracks the performance of fixed-income, euro-denominated investment-grade government bonds issued by eurozone countries. 30 percent of the fund's assets are invested in green bonds, which finance climate-friendly projects and have a residual maturity of at least one month. The remaining government bonds have maturities between three and five years.
