New on Xetra: active equity ETF from Xtrackers with a focus on the US market uses a research-based bottom-up approach
Since Friday, a new active exchange-traded fund issued by Xtrackers has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The Xtrackers DJE US Equity Research UCITS ETF is actively managed and invests exclusively in large and mid-cap companies from the US. When selecting stocks, the commissioned investment advisor, DJE Kapital AG, applies its own research-based bottom-up strategy, which is primarily geared towards capital appreciation.
In order to achieve the investment objective, the investment advisor determines a score value for the individual securities of the investment universe based on six quantitative and qualitative categories. The categories are valuation, dynamics, safety and liquidity, sustainability, meetings with companies and (internal) analyst recommendations. ESG criteria are used to exclude companies that do not meet certain standards. Typically, the 50 best-rated securities are selected for the proposed portfolio allocation, with the top 25 stocks receiving a higher weighting.
