New on Xetra: Equity ETF from UBS with access to global companies with the best environmental, social and governance performance

A new exchange-traded fund issued by UBS Asset Management has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Wednesday.

The UBS ETF (IE) MSCI World Selection UCITS ETF aims to replicate the performance of the MSCI World ESG Leaders Index. The fund invests in large and medium-sized companies from 23 developed countries with the best environmental, social and governance performance. Stock selection is based on a best-in-class approach. This excludes the 20 per cent of the standard universe with the worst ESG ratings and companies with a negative social and environmental impact. The benchmark index currently comprises 693 companies from various sectors and countries.

The share class is currency-hedged against the euro and distributes dividends and income.
