New on Xetra: Equity ETF from Amundi with broadly diversified exposure to the Japanese equity market and currency hedging against the US dollar

Since Thursday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Amundi Asset Management has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The Amundi MSCI Japan UCITS ETF USD Hedged Acc tracks the performance of the MSCI Japan Index. This gives investors direct access to a broadly diversified portfolio of Japanese companies. The benchmark index currently consists of 191 Japanese companies and reflects approximately 85 per cent of the market capitalisation of the Japanese equity market. The most heavily weighted companies include Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Sony and Toyota.

This is a US dollar share class that is currency-hedged to the Japanese yen. Income is reinvested.
