New on Xetra: Equity ETF from AXA IM with access to emerging markets excluding China
A new exchange-traded fund issued by AXA Investment Managers has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.
The AXA IM MSCI Emerging Markets Ex-China Equity PAB UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets excluding China Climate Paris Aligned Index. The fund gives investors access to a broadly diversified portfolio of large and medium-sized companies based in emerging markets. Chinese companies are excluded.
The benchmark index aims to reduce transition and physical climate risks, capture opportunities from the transition to a lower-carbon economy and align with the requirements of the Paris Climate Agreement.
The portfolio currently comprises 240 companies. The most heavily weighted countries include India, Taiwan and South Korea. The distributions of this share class are reinvested.
Investors can trade the ETF flexibly in the desired currency, euro or US dollar, using the same ISIN. The trading currency can be selected via an individually assigned Ticker symbol.
