New on Xetra: Active ETFs from J.P. Morgan with access to the high yield corporate bond market
Since Wednesday, three new actively managed exchange-traded funds from J.P. Morgan Asset Management have been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The JPM USD High Yield Bond Active UCITS ETF pursues an active investment strategy and invests primarily in USD-denominated corporate bonds with a sub-investment-grade rating from developed market issuers. The bonds can have fixed rates or floating rates.
The investment manager aims to outperform the benchmark over a typical credit cycle (usually 5 to 7 years) through bottom-up stock selection based on fundamental analysis. ESG criteria are taken into account in the selection process. The benchmark is the ICE BofA US High Yield Constrained Index. The Active ETF is available to investors in three share classes: accumulating and distributing – the latter with a currency hedge against the euro.
