New on Xetra: Active ETFs from Invesco offer access to AAA Collateralised Loan Obligations denominated in euros and US dollars

Since Thursday, four new active exchange-traded funds issued by Invesco have been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The Invesco EUR AAA CLO UCITS ETF and the Invesco USD AAA CLO UCITS ETF in accumulating and distributing share classes respectively are actively managed and invest in euro and US dollar denominated tranches of AAA rated (at least 80 per cent) and AA rated (up to 20 per cent) CLO bonds.

These are tranches of euro or US dollar-denominated floating rate debt securities issued by collaterialised loan obligations (CLOs).

A CLO is a structure that issues fixed or floating rate debt securities that are collateralised by a pool of loans and bonds. These mainly include senior secured loans, broadly syndicated loans, floating rate bonds, high yield bonds and subordinated corporate loans.
