New bond ETF from AXA IM on Xetra: Access to short-term US government bonds

Since Tuesday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by AXA Investment Managers has been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The AXA IM ICE US Treasury 0-1Y UCITS ETF pursues a passive investment strategy and tracks the performance of the ICE BofA 0-1 Year US Treasury Index.

The Fund invests in US dollar-denominated debt securities issued by the US government in its domestic market with a maturity of less than one year. The fund must invest in at least six different bonds, representing not more than 30 per cent of net assets.

It is an accumulating share class where the interest income is reinvested. The running costs are 0.07 per cent. The ETF can be traded in euros as well as in US dollars, considering the corresponding ticker.
