New ETFs from Amundi on Xetra: companies from industrialised countries using factor strategies, climate protection and sustainability as well as small caps
Since Thursday, four new exchange-traded funds issued by Amundi Asset Management have been tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The three strategy ETFs invest in companies from developed markets using an optimisation approach to maximise exposure to each factor (minimum volatility, momentum or enterprise value), reduce CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases by 30 per cent and improve the weighted ESG score compared to the main index.
The Amundi MSCI World Minimum Volatility Screened Factor UCITS ETF focuses on companies with low volatility. The approach aims to minimise the risk of loss.
The Amundi MSCI World Momentum Screened Factor UCITS ETF invests in stocks with high price momentum. The selection considers stocks that have recorded an above-average price performance in the past six to twelve months.
The Amundi MSCI World IMI Value Screened Factor UCITS ETF focuses on companies that are considered to be undervalued relative to others based on their fundamental metrics. Value characteristics such as the price-to-book ratio (P/B), the price-to-earnings ratio (P/E), profit forecasts or operating cash flow are used.
In addition, investors have the opportunity to invest in the Amundi MSCI World Small Cap CTB UCITS ETF, which represents a portfolio of companies from developed markets that are smaller by market capitalisation. In addition to ESG criteria, climate change opportunities and risks are also taken into account in order to meet the minimum requirements of the EU Climate Transition Benchmark (EU CTB) regulation.
All four ETFs are available in the two trading currencies euro and British pound. The running costs are 0.25 per cent in each case.
