Titel: Phil Kuhn, Vanguard

Phil joined Vanguard's stewardship team in early 2020 as sector lead in the EMEA and APAC regions, where he engages with portfolio companies and executes votes with a particular focus on the Germanic and French-speaking regions.

He started his professional career with proxy advisor Glass Lewis in New York, where he headed the research for the French-speaking markets and was later responsible for the international customized research (IVOX). After leaving Glass Lewis, he held roles with Deka Investment and co-founded Governance & Values GmbH.

Phil holds a Master's Degree in International Business Administration from WU Vienna, a Certificate in Investor Relations from NYU and soon an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
