1.  Introduction

We would like to draw your attention to the publication of our DORA initiative page, which is designed to assist our customers affected by the DORA regulation in becoming compliant. 

The purpose of this initiative page is to provide an overview of our roll-out approach and to answer frequently asked questions (“FAQs”) with respect to the relationship between customers (in their role as Financial Entity) and Deutsche Börse AG (in its role as ICT Third Party Service Provider, where applicable). 

Additional information and updates to the FAQs will be made available over the coming months until the regulation finally becomes effective.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message
