042/2024 Amendment to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, effective as of 25 November 2024 Xetra Circular 042/24

1. Introduction

With this circular, we inform you about amendments to the Price List for the Utilization of the Exchange EDP of FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange and of the EDP XONTRO, Part A (Price List T7), effective as of 25 November 2024.

The amendments to the Price List T7 concern:
 
A. Introduction of transaction fees or incentives for the Xetra Midpoint trading model 
B. Adjustment of parameters to achieve reduced fees for Structured Products

2. Required action

FWB® Trading Participants who wish to have special fees or incentives applied for the Xetra Midpoint trading model can apply for this using the attached form "Participation Xetra Midpoint Incentive Scheme". 

3. Details

A. Introduction of transaction fees for the Xetra Midpoint trading model

The fees and incentives applicable in the Xetra Midpoint trading model are set out in Sections 2.2.2.7 and 2.2.3.7 of the Price List T7.

B. Adjustment of parameters to achieve reduced fees for Structured Products

The minimum number of executed orders required in accordance with Section 2.4.1 of the Price List T7 in order to achieve reduced fees shall be reduced.


The amendments to the Price List T7 will be deemed to be approved, unless the Trading Participant admitted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange files objections to the amendments with Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, in writing within six weeks after the amendments’ announcement.
