Increase of allowed ethernet frames per minute

Due to high market volatility, Deutsche Börse has decided to increase the number of Ethernet frames per minute allowed over any 10 Gbit/s Order Entry Co-location cross-connect.

The current limit is 300,000 per minute (see Network Access Guide, Section 12.1.2)

From 14 March 2023 this limit has been increased to 350,000 per minute and the aim is to provide all market participants with sufficient headroom to continue their trading and market-making activities.

Deutsche Börse will monitor market developments and announce the next steps in a separate Implementation News in due course.
