HomeToGo SE: New entry in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange


Lakestar SPAC I SE has been listed as SPAC on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since February 2021. Following the successful merger with HomeToGo and subsequent change of name, the company's shares are traded as of today under HomeToGo SE (ISIN: LU2290523658) on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Today's opening price was €8.70.

With the merger, Lakestar SE's management closes its SPAC transaction within the set timeframe and with the required investor approval. HomeToGo is the first SPAC IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange this year.

According to its own information, HomeToGo is an online marketplace with the world's largest selection of holiday accommodation. The Berlin-based company employs more than 350 people and generated sales of €30 million in the first half of 2021.

Both Lakestar and HomeToGo are members of the Deutsche Börse Venture Network, which improves the financing situation and capital market maturity of growth companies in Germany through its offerings. Today's merger marks the 11th member of the Deutsche Börse Venture Network to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
